Shasta Hague

Shasta has learned her craft from the ground up. She joined CFB/LFA in 2007 as assistant to Briggs Matsko, one of the organization’s top producers where she learned how to use her people, technology, and organizational skills to help Briggs build a five star client service practice. She was promoted to Local Operations Lead in 2012, where she helped Sacramento advisors find, grow, and retain staff.

Shasta Hague serves as Practice Management Specialist for California Fringe Benefit. In this capacity, Shasta provides staffing support to CFB Financial Professionals and their teams through individual coaching and by providing them with the tools, templates and processes that facilitate all phases of staffing.

Shasta holds FINRA Series 7 and 65 securities licenses and a CA Life Insurance license. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and graduated with Honors. Most importantly, Shasta lives the “Serve First” philosophy with the financial professionals she coaches and believes that building the right team around a financial professional is the key to success. Shasta lives in Elk Grove, CA with her spouse and two dogs.
