Anne brings a "get -stuff-done" attitude to the East region of the country with an unstoppable tenacity and determination to improve. Her introduction to Lincoln through the Leadership Preparation Program exposed her to many different sides of the business including time with the annuity product development team in Hartford, CT ,the Strategy & Insights team in Radnor PA , and the strategy & finance team helping lead various strategic initiatives for the RPS business. She joined FPG in 2013.
Her self-discipline, being up at the crack of dawn to swim, spin, run, or whatever she can do, doesn't stop at the gym. She channels this focus on practice management and succession planning which has contributed to the success of her financial professionals and their teams. Anne provides them with a long-term vision for their business and the methodology to make it happen. Her strategic and thoughtful focus on doing the right things today, prepares her financial professionals for what the uncertain future holds. She works tirelessly to dig into the details of any project on her plate, undaunted by long hours of preparation. Her Bachelors in Marketing from Bentley University along with her Series 6,7, and 24 have assisted her in being truly impactful..
She also has a deep love to travel with her husband and family where she is able to experience different cultures, history, and food. Keenly focused, she is not distracted by obstacles or changes and handles bumps in the road with grace, poise, and determination. Anne's hard work and success has made itself manifest in being awarded Director of the Year in 2016 as her first year in the role.FPG Director of the Year is an internal award given to a Lincoln Financial Advisors Director each year and is based on sales, quality of service, and commitment to Lincoln's principles, and is selected by Lincoln senior managers.
