Alanah Phillips

Alanah Egan joined Lincoln Financial Advisors 4 years ago supporting their intern and financial professionals recruiting efforts nationwide. During that time, she has spearheaded the hiring, coaching and development of the next generation of financial professionals through Lincoln's Financial Professional Training Program. She has also worked as a consultant to financial professional teams to leverage these new planners to increase productivity, the client experience and profitable growth. She's a nerd for understanding and expanding financial professionals businesses through recruiting and acquisitions and utilizes her background in Human Resources to bring creative growth ideas to the table.

Extreme passion is an understatement for how she feels about helping young people be successful in their careers. In 2017, she launched a program called Project Inspire to specifically inspire and educate young women about careers in financial services. Through this project she is able to spend time mentoring college-aged ladies about their professional development and financial literacy and empower them to take control of their career trajectory.

Alanah holds the Series 7, 66 and California State Life & Health licenses. She attended Arizona State University where she studied Mass Communications and Media Studies. She is a master of time management, a lover of interesting people, and an avid reader. When she’s not making friends with strangers you can find her kickboxing, watching Oakland A’s baseball, or spending time with family. She is also a member of WIFS (Women in Insurance and Financial Services), FAN (Female Advisor Network), NAIFA, and the FPA.
