Those who qualify would be semi-experienced person producing between 0-$150,000 in revenue in the last 12 months.
The individual is placed through a number of pre-contract items that are monitored and signed off on upon successful completion. Among these are a $36,000 forgivable loan with up to 80% payout and help with developing the following to accomplish your goals and bring value to the practice you join:
- Marketing plans
- Business plan
- Elevator pitch
- Phone scripts
- Overcoming objections
- Personal budget
Each apprentice is matched with a senior financial professional who agrees to a number of items that greatly benefit the new planner.
